Directions & Parking

Parking will be free for inaugural events on Thursday and Friday, October 14 and 15. Please be sure to tell the gate attendant what event(s) you are attending, and be sure you receive a parking pass for your vehicle.

Disability Services

Captioning and sign language interpreters will be available during the ceremony. Guests requiring these services should enter the reserved seating area on Childs Way, indicated by blue and white flags.

Attending the Ceremony

Delegates
Members of the Trojan Family selected as delegates will march in the official processional as representatives of the university's constituent groups. If you have been named as a delegate, please click here for more information on your schedule and responsibilities.

Faculty
The university is proud to invite all faculty and retired faculty to march in the official processional. Classes will not be canceled on Friday morning, but professors with classes scheduled are encouraged to bring their students to the ceremony. If you plan on marching in the processional, please click here to see your schedule and assembly area.

Staff
Current and retired staff members are invited to attend a reception prior to the installation ceremony, and to enjoy reserved seating at the ceremony. Please click here for more details.

Students
